Since starting Weight Watchers just before Christmas I have worked on making my favorite foods a bit healthier. This I actually love WAY more than my typical smothered in refried beans, cheese, and sour cream. 2 oz baked tortilla chips, 1.5 oz low fat cheese, 1/2 cup black beans, 1/2 cup fresh salsa, and 4 leaves of romaine lettuce. Put everything but lettuce on plate -- zap in micro for a minute -- then put on lettuce. Enjoy!! It's YUMMY!!
